GIVER'S QUEST
When God teaches us, he often uses stories to engage our hearts. The Giver Quest’s stories are designed to help people of all ages consider the truths of Advent and apply them to their lives.

Heavenly Father,
Thank You that You have sent us true heavenly peace in Your Son, Jesus Christ. Thank you for looking upon this broken, sinful world with compassion and giving your only Son to restore us to You.
God, I repent to You because I often look for peace in anything and everything but You. Even though the world can never bring me what I need, I run to it, and it fails me every time.
Forgive me, God. Cleanse me and remind me of Your salvation, the ultimate peace that you have won through the death and resurrection of Jesus. Holy Spirit, help me hold fast to the Gospel and remember it day and night.
When I’m tempted to be troubled or afraid, let my eyes be fixed on You and let my heart rest in You, unfailing God, because You alone are Perfect Peace.
Amen.
